辦理入住的時候要收400的房卡按金，我拒絕了，就兩張房卡要收400的按金太離譜。其次，第一晚沒熱水了，前台説壞了，什麼時候修好不知道，還讓我不要洗澡了。早餐很差，品種很少，口感一般。第二天早上的早餐券又沒給，已經不是第一次了。退房的時候，前台沒人。房間明顯能看出陳舊了，住了好幾次，一次不如一次。除了地理位置在火車站對面，地理位置比較之外，真沒什麼可以説的了。也不知道4.9分的評分是怎麼來的。以後不會選擇入住了。

酒店地理位置很好，剛好就在火車站的對面過了地下通道就是。這裏離白雲觀，園博園、龍泉書院都很近。早餐也不錯，服務態度很好，還給贈送小吃和水果，酒店的房間都不對馬路，非常安靜！

最鬱悶的一次入住，酒店電視壞了，説是住客損壞的，店大欺客的説我們報警，我説報警吧，然後就一直打電話騷擾，大過年的不想説什麼了，花錢買教訓。大家注意火車站周邊的酒店是真的不能住啊。

房間很乾凈衞生。親子房是個套房，還有一個小帳篷，帳篷裏面還有小玩偶，房間也挺大的，入住之後還送了點心，都是新鮮的水果
