房間床品衞生還可以，但未設電話，店家用了個智能語音控制小飛，説喊小飛小飛呼叫前台，就可以打電話給前台，但試了十幾次都無法連接到前台，最後沒辦法手機打的電話。酒店號稱可以提供上百種物品服務，但床上兩個枕頭都是高枕，致電想要個低點的枕頭卻沒有。枕頭直接影響睡眠的舒適度，有的沒的那些個所謂上百種的物品有，但現在各酒店集團都很重視的枕頭反而提供的不到位，有點主次不分。早餐尤其差評，早上我記得入住時説的是10:30結束，早上9:30去吃早餐，已經基本上沒東西了，兩個服務大媽態度很差，我提出疑議時，就在那叨叨叨反覆説一堆是到10點結束，明天9:30就停早餐，9:30就是沒啥東西了。然後不斷態度很差的説你要啥説，我看還有啥給你弄點唄，我要了倆煎蛋，一碗餛飩一碗麪，也懶得再去要別的，正吃着，10點她們收拾，專門對着我這邊吼，那邊的客人我們收餐了，你看還要點啥不？我説那有水果嗎？回我：收餐了沒了，我老公説要個麪碗，她以為是要麪，説收餐了沒有。那收餐了沒有，還問我們幹嗎？問，不就應該是能提供才問嗎？早餐品種少不可怕，9:30東西少也可以理解，但是惡劣的服務態度不可理解。
