一家旅遊歸來路過荊門休息一晚，前台的歐陽小哥給升級的房間，從入住到離開都非常滿意，所遇到的每一位服務員，泳池的帥哥教練都非常熱情，感謝🙏，，，還有，當地的特產矮子燒餅，還挺好吃的🤤

酒店非常新，居住舒適，整體環境沒有缺點。但是明顯感覺到服務需要再提升，不像洲際水平。入住辦理是19點前，當天晚上在酒店3樓餐廳吃飯到十點多後房卡刷電梯沒反應無法按樓層，去1樓大廳前台確認後説房卡超時了…雖然衹是個小插曲不影響體驗，但不應該是此類規格酒店犯的錯誤。
另外早餐體驗也一般。趕上有其他公司在酒店辦活動早餐吃飯人非常多，但是早餐補充不及時，比如麪包區很多空盤、酸奶倒空衹剩空瓶在冰桶，能看到有餐廳工作人員在，但是怎麼不多走走確認下食物情況呢？
畢竟是洲際旗下酒店，還是希望加強員工培訓，提升體驗
