1.酒店房間的照明場景不多，太暗且沒有更明亮的模式，讓人精神狀態不好。2.還是酒店照明相關，床頭控制面板過於抽象，衞生間的開關位置也不合理，進入房間後研究各盞燈的控制就花了較長時間，曾入住其他洲際並不是這個體驗，開關操作都很簡單明瞭。3.晚餐點的外賣，居然在大廳放了近半個小時沒有送上來。酒店遠離市區，附近沒有太多商業，外賣配送平均五十分鐘左右，到達後居然還需要等待半小時。第一次致電前台，説是高峯期機器人送不過來，所以還要繼續排隊。我一查時間約半小時前就已經送到樓下了，對繼續排隊的説法不滿意，立馬再次致電要求確認機器人工作狀態並希望增加配送人力，前台立馬回覆機器人剛出發已經在路上了。想問客人外賣停留這麼久到底是機器人沒回來還是有人不在崗忘了操作？是否我一去電話才剛放進去？不然為何前幾秒還説機器人沒回來，後幾秒就出發在路上了？如果確是機器人忙不過來，希望貴酒店考慮增加幾台機器人、高峯期增加人力或者其他任何方案以縮短配送時間。酒店前台至電梯間路線本來就很長，客房又在高層，電梯等待和運行的時間也很長，機器人走得慢，且一趟衹能送兩份，不知道貴酒店有沒有計算過機器人上下一趟到底需要多長時間，外賣積壓多少份時分別對應的等待時間？如果高峯期外賣積壓，讓客人等半小時甚至以上是否合理？如果外賣太多，等待時間可能過長，你們又覺得這不是你們的工作，能否電話提醒客人自己選擇下來拿並單獨寄放？（以前也遇到過人下樓了，東西被機器人送走了）本次無論客房硬件還是服務感受都與價格存在距離。

荊門最高級酒店，住了四個晚上又續住了一天，各項設施都很棒，服務也非常好，環境很安靜，能夠很好的休息，最主要是空調運行也沒有聲音，真的非常棒，荊門酒店不二之選。

給我辦入住的Aria非常棒 水平一流 又迅速又很穩 酒店環境很不錯 所以我這次又來了 不過有點偏所以衹能點外賣 但是外賣又慢 不知道這個能不能解決
