I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel is conveniently located and has lots of food nearby. The service at the front desk was very helpful and the check in was quick and professional. The room was clean and tidy with comfortable bedding. Very satisfied! Would stay here again. Would recommend

The hair dryer in the room can be replaced, the wind is very weak;
Afternoon tea should be served later, it was not available when I checked in, and the standard of refreshments is not commensurate with the room price;
If it is off-season, the courtyard room is enough for hot spring bathing, and the free hot spring ticket is provided. There is nothing fun in the water center, many of which are closed for maintenance, and there is nothing to eat on the second floor; (clothes need to be charged)
