The hotel service is very good, highly recommended. The location is also good and clean. The handsome guy at the front desk has great service. However, if the curtains in the small family room are not fully drawn, they will leak. I don’t know if all the curtains are like this or just this room. And for those with children, it is best not to live on the same floor as those with elders. It is a bit noisy at night. But it will be fine after a while. I will book this hotel next time I come to Banna, and the price is very suitable. Don’t let high cost performance affect soft and hard services.

Compared to the B&B hotels in Gaozhuang Scenic Area with rip-off prices and inadequate service, this one is already very good. It is newly renovated, clean, and does not have the traffic jams, noise, and barbecue smell of Gaozhuang. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, and the children had a great time. The caring butler service sent us to the airport directly the next day in a business car from the hotel. It was warm and friendly. I like the attentive service. I wish you all the best.
