It is a very nice hotel with a good location and staff. The breakfast is okay , fruit was good . We booked a non smoking room but unfortunately there is no such thing in this hotel. The room reeked with cigarette smoke and there was an ashtray on the table. There was also a sign that said no smoking in bed. The staff tried to accommodate us and offered us different rooms but they were all the same. The hotel lobby also reeked of smoke and the sixth floor community bathroom had someone inside smoking when I tried to use it while having breakfast. I would suggest that they offer a non smoking floor with smoke detectors so anyone caught smoking there could be dealt with. I would not recommend this hotel.

Five-star facilities, 0-star service. There was no service at all. I had to call 5 times to get ice cubes, and several people pushed them around. The hotel staff didn't even have any polite words.
