Secondly, the hotel equipment is very new and hygienic. , feel free to use; finally, the hotel service is super considerate and the overall feeling is very relaxing. The only drawback is that it is quite far from Gaozhuang, and you have to walk 30 minutes every day. However, it does not affect me from choosing here next time! 😁😁😁😁😁

This small resort has great atmosphere, and all the amenities are modern. There are many reviews already highlighting the great hot springs experience and the rooms, all true 😊 But for me the most valuable experience was the opportunity to talk to the owner who lived in the village for many years and witnessed the development of tourism industry in the area. He has great knowledge about Dai lifestyle and can recommend authentic restaurants. It was great to talk about local life vs tourist development areas and try locally sources mushrooms, wild lettuce, and free range eggs. The owner treated me to dinner and lunch, offered local snacks and fruit from the garden. Hot breakfast every morning by the local chef was delicious. You'll need to speak some Chinese or be patient with translation apps to communicate. There are also three lovely friendly kittens living here 😊

In addition to the tropical rainforest garden villa, Haeundae has beautiful bungalows. The room is really unexpectedly big, and the decoration is very good and new, everything is there, the package is very complete, it is like returning to your own home. There are also fresh and delicious welcome fruits, we are self-service check-in, especially convenient. Downstairs there is a large pool and spa area, the holiday feeling is directly full. I only lived here for a day, I don't want to leave at all, the blue sky and white clouds are fresh. There is also a road to the rain forest outside the community. The scenery is very good. You can go around if you have time. If you have requirements for quality and environment, you can arrange the villas and bungalows of Haeundae for everyone to travel. You can stay for a few more days. It is really comfortable.

The room was clean and tidy, and the boss was generous and enthusiastic. After watching our mother and son check in, he upgraded to a better room for free. Above the rest of the other hotels we used to stay, this one was equipped with hi tech voice command device for all travellers need from closing & opening curtains, switching on/off room light, providing info about the weather, eating places, attractive attractions and much more... ie whatever we ask/ command. 4. The hotel was even better that what we were expecting. The facility is beautiful and the amenities are amazing. Everything is available on site and if you like exercising and relaxing … this hotel will be the best choice for you. Amazing gym open 24h with all the necessary equipments, the indoor pool is clean with a good water temperature for your daily swim. You also have a clean sauna, hammam and hot bath available in the changing rooms (plan to turn it on 20mn before to use it when you will need). The hot springs are just outside the gym so it will be perfect to relax after a day visiting Xishuangbanna. The outdoor pool is nice and clean ( perfect if you go on a family holidays with kids ). The room is spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff and the rest of the team at the reception, restaurant … were all amazing and did everything to make our stay to be memorable. The restaurant even offered us several times some additional western dishes to make us happy. Ariel added my contact before our arrival to check if we needed anything and helped us during the stay. The breakfast was diverse and very tasty( the pain au chocolat and croissant were delicious). We have tried the dinner buffet once which was good but more Chinese dishes. The hotel is about 25/30mn from downtown so it is convenient if you want to be in a peaceful place but still near by the main attractions. You will need to travel a bit longer to go to the wild elephant valley, the primitive forest and the tropical garden but it was still ok. Thank you to the hotel and all the staffs for that amazing and memorable one week holidays. 10 out of 10.

The hot spring in the room is good, but it is not blocked. It faces the balcony and has an unobstructed view. What is even more exaggerated is that breakfast is only served at 8:30. It is very simple and not delicious, and it is a waste of a magnificent kitchen. In the morning, I didn’t have time to go to a distant place to have breakfast. I missed leaving the city at 8 o’clock and there was a traffic jam at the back. They only pick up and drop off from the airport, and the service attitude is cold and unfriendly. There are many people bathing in hot springs at night, children are screaming, there is no soundproofing, the air is not good, and the smell of smoke is very strong.

The proprietress is very good, our high-speed rail is 07:00 in the morning. During the Spring Festival, we knew that it was not good to take a taxi and take a child. The boss personally sent us to the high-speed rail station early in the morning. Thank you very much. The room was clean and tidy. Although it is close to the airport, it is not noisy and acceptable.

I checked in at night. The room was clean and sanitary. The environment of a newly opened hotel cannot be said! But when I walked around in the morning, I was amazed. The pavilion in the sky garden can be used for tea gatherings, the side garden can be used for casual chats, and the tea bar in the lobby on the first floor can let the boss make a cup of tea. It seems that half of the medium-sized hotel is public Leisure package! A very warm hotel. I hope the boss will build a hotel chain so that there is room for both business and leisure.
