It had been an amazing experience staying in the hotel. The staff here is friendly and helpful whenever we need help. Easy to communicate via texts to arrange the pick-up service. The room is exactly the same as the image & food is easy to eat as they have lots of choices to choose. Highly recommended this hotel. The location is easy to find, because I was worried about the smell soon after it was newly opened. When I checked in, I found that there was no smell at all. It was hygienic and clean, intelligently controlled, and the service was very good. There was a handsome guy who called in advance to give the location of the hotel and introduce the surrounding attractions. Room type upgraded. The location of the hotel is also convenient. You can take a taxi or something. There are also special restaurants nearby, and there are barbecues and other things in the evening. The most important thing is that behind the room is the Elephant Performance Center of Manting Park. It is very convenient to walk to the park. I’ll stay here again next time I come!

Facilities: The hotel is newly opened this year. I came to Banna with my mother to play. The room is very big. There is a balcony. You can control the temperature in the room. The bed is quite big and she sleeps well. There is a small refrigerator to store uneaten fruits. There is a laundry room and a gym for me. The clothes were not dried at the beginning and my eldest sister helped me watch the drying. Hahaha, she was very responsible. What’s funny is that there is a socket in the toilet to worry about my phone running out of battery while playing in the toilet. Hygiene: Very clean. The lobby is spacious and has everything you need. The wet and dry bathrooms are separated. Environment: It's very quiet here. There is a delicious bean soup noodle shop outside the hotel. It is an old store. There is a Watsons pharmacy and coffee shop next to it. It is also easy to take a taxi here. Service: I say hello every time I come in and out. I always say hello with a smile, hahaha, so kind.

Parking at the hotel is incredibly convenient, with both surface and underground options available, and it's completely free. The staff were very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the restaurant staff were incredibly warm and always smiling. They even offer takeaway boxes for breakfast if you're in a hurry. There's a fantastic kids' play area directly opposite the restaurant, which means parents can enjoy their breakfast knowing their children are happily entertained without any worries. The lighting throughout the hotel is wonderfully soft, warm, and comforting, creating a truly cozy atmosphere. The 24-hour airport pickup service (requires booking one day in advance) was excellent, with a very polite driver. Even the housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly, adding to the overall warm and welcoming vibe. A large supermarket is conveniently located less than a five-minute walk away, and it's just a 10-15 minute drive to shopping centers and major city attractions. The high-speed rail station is even within walking distance. The front desk allocated us an excellent, spacious room with large floor-to-ceiling windows that offered a fantastic view. This will definitely be our top choice for future stays. Truly a fantastic hotel, I highly recommend it to everyone!

The location is better opposite the Buddha Temple and Manting Garden, you can not squeeze out the tour. And the restaurant is very good, you can order directly in the restaurant, you can eat in advance. First of all, I searched for hotels nearby when I was running errands. I felt good after looking at the pictures, so I decided to place an order. The lobby is very clean and has self-service tea. The room is great. There is a bay window and the lighting is very good. You can see the Peacock Tower from the 7th floor. It is very comfortable to drink tea in the room. The lady at the front desk will also give you gentle tips on how to operate the air conditioner. Highly recommended!

The boss is making tea, and after checking in, he understands the whole Pu'er tea making process and so on. Mainly the homestay is so pleasant! The location is excellent, the room is clean and tidy, and the layout is very warm. The service is also very intimate, the location is quiet and not noisy, the night sleep is particularly fragrant, the facilities in the room are all available, even the toiletries are big names, the details are full, highly recommended!
