入住超級滿意！房間很好！前台接待的服務員也特別好，每次進出都問候 賓至如歸的感覺～房間很有特色，洞穴風，看過很多攻略説不要住高莊，但這家在離星光夜市超近，可是鬧中取靜，一點都沒覺得吵，出行很方便！

這是在西雙版納住的民宿裏最滿意的酒店，
服務生很有親和力，而且還幫我們升了房間。
設施：很有特色的洞穴建築，非常有調性。
衞生：很乾凈，洗漱的東西很舒服，很周到。
環境：非常的有感覺，酒店的設計很有藝術美感……
服務：管家和服務生都很棒，特別感謝蔡蔡，真的很貼心。

房間很有特色，為了小盆友開心訂的，拍了一堆照片。
房間用具很齊全，還有蒸汽眼罩和卸粧巾。
早餐的米線也很好吃，小玉米超嫩，特別好吃！
管家提前兩天就建羣了，我們腸胃不適還送了爛糊麪，很周到。
酒店出去路口就是飯店，地理位置相當方便。就是來的幾天不夠熱，沒機會試試泳池。
有一個特別的優點：3樓有個大平台，晾曬衣物特別方便！酒店還提供免費洗衣服務，很好很好。

怎麼説呢，房間其實挺有設計感，價格 500 多也沒啥要求的，就是工作客服人員有滴時候有點冷淡，可能淡季有點麻木了，衞生的話也是有點點小問題，就是馬桶壁上的水漬沒有搞幹，很容易讓人誤解是不是有人上廁所沒打掃。
