設施還是維也納的一貫格調，熱水和水壓特別捧，衞生可以，而且這次的有掛毛巾，停車雖説有地下車庫，但進出不是很方便，牀頭櫃衹有一邊插座，雙人住用起來也很不方便……

我們這次夫婦來西雙版納自由行，入住貴店共四天。首先得到前台工作人員熱情招待，耐心解釋一些景點的交通等問題。該酒店地處中心，出入方便，房間衞生乾淨，整潔。酒店早餐也不錯，品種可以，可惜欠缺沒有咖啡，我覺得維也納的檔次和品牌應配有。（漢庭酒店也有）。另外，不足的還有洗衣房的洗衣機和乾衣機太舊了，應改進！
