房間設施比較新，乾淨整潔又衞生，周邊環境優美寧靜，服務態度很好👍我們入住時特別提醒：酒店因在裝修，所以有噪音，説如果介意可以退訂，真的很貼心！

貌似是一個有自己樓盤的酒店，很大，離機場不遠選擇來過夜，但是房間裏以及電梯都有比較刺激的氣味，前台解釋説是除蚊，但必須開窗通風一陣，其他尚可。

入住時地板衞生灰塵較大，角落臟，櫃子有灰塵，應該是打掃衞生時候沒有拖地。酒店環境比較好，房間沒有煙味異味，客房服務員床鋪的比較整齊，包邊，被角做房水平可以，設施也比較齊全，相比同等級酒店，酒店一次性用品比較高端一點，服務很及時，客人有需求，前台客房迴應比較及時，早餐種類很豐富，基本都有，早餐餐線炒時蔬過多（建議3種炒時蔬足夠，增加煮玉米或者其他一些替代品），最後最重要一點是辦理入住前台也好，吃早餐進門Host查卡也好，缺少打招呼，微笑服務禮儀，前台辦理入住就衹是單純辦理入住手續，可以增加一些温馨提示術語，比如有需要幫助撥打電話××，或者早餐到哪裡用餐，用餐時間，泳池開放時間等簡單簡短術語，可以增加客人體驗感和讓客人快速有個概念，需要加強員工培訓！
