優點：
淡季便宜，有泳池，
有陽台可以晾衣服，有洗衣房，
早餐的粉面還蠻好吃的，
泳池出片。
缺點：
隔壁在裝修，有裝修聲，住了幾天有兩天有聲音
陽台的門隔音差，樓下泳池的聲音一清二楚較吵，
早餐衹有粉面，其他沒什麼吃的。
窗簾透光，且充電口少。
每天下午都有個小姐姐在泳池直播無法睡下午覺
