房間的落地窗外藍天白雲森林，陽台上看看風景，吹吹風品品茶發發呆真是太舒服了，清晨在鳥鳴聲中醒來，是親近大自然的感覺，非常適合來安安靜靜的度假。工作人員都是笑臉相迎，服務熱情，非常喜歡這裏。小劉店長是一個特別隨和熱情健談的小夥子，聽他講了好多西雙版納的奇聞趣事哈哈哈，走的前一晚遇上胃庝，幸虧小劉店長大晚上的冒雨下山去幫忙買了葯，非常感謝他。這是一個能夠讓人感受到温暖的酒店，我們會再來的。PS:到時候小劉店長的綉球花園可能也弄好了,這裏一定會更美的。

設施：酒店設施設備非常智能，電動窗簾，智能馬桶，一次性梳子是氣墊梳，一次性牙刷是軟毛的對牙齦敏感 人士特別友好。
衞生：衞生做的很好，浴袍很舒服，床品乾淨。
環境：度假型酒店環境很有雲南特色，特別美。
服務：服務是特別好的，首先是管家小楊提前一天聯繫我們加了微信，得知我們來度蜜月為我們安排了房間佈置和一個很好看的蛋糕（很好吃），房間安排了綜藝明星同房間，入住期間也是事事有迴應。
還有酒店車隊的彭斌小哥，人特別好，跟着我們一整天，為我們安排行程和門票，給我們的路程提了很多建議。
