帶媽媽來度假選擇了風景比較好的酒店，酒店很出片，到了大堂瞬間進入度假feel，需要接駁車去房間路上都是風景，都是獨棟帶私人泳池，環境私密，有循環水，植被很多不可避免的會有很多小蚊蟲。
管家Yuri 主動聯繫添加微信，幫忙安排旅拍預約，有問題及時回覆幫忙解決，很熱情，是我來版納住的四家酒店感受服務最好的管家！！還幫忙升級了房型，由於高鐵時間協調了延遲退房，超級點贊👍下次來版納還會選擇文華
酒店送的鉑爵跟拍非常不錯，加分環節，比外面景區網紅感的要好很多，媽媽在洲際、鉑爾曼和文華都體驗了拍攝，文華化粧和拍攝都很不錯，洲際的場景及後期修圖質感好，鉑爾曼的湊合，應該是根據酒店檔次來分配化粧師和攝影師等級
總體而言很喜歡文華的感覺，在酒店裡就可以趴一天

酒店環境沒得説 熱帶叢林中的小院子
還有獨立泳池 泳池稍微有點點尷尬 因為發現二樓露台是其他人的 而且還是有點冷 沒機會下
食物有點失望 以為文華的食材會更好些

來版納過潑水節半月有餘，住過很多酒店都是價格與服務不符合，但這家無論是工作人員還是環境都很讓人舒心。點外賣第一時間送到房間，所有人既熱情又細心。因為工作人員過於好，所以連續住三天！這期間一直有Martin Gan工作人員熱情幫忙，帶來更好的體驗感！非常感謝！
對於長期住酒店的遊客來講這家在版納真的算頂尖服務啦！禮賓和客房工作人員情商也超高！
