比較滿意的酒店，環境很好，大堂的孔雀讓小朋友很驚喜，配套設施也很好，泳池，水上樂園，小童天地，父母可以解放雙手，親子好去處。酒店也很出片，酒店內的安曼旅拍性價比很高，拍出來效果很好，推薦。

酒店位置位於萬達度假區裏面，環境相比於市區更安靜。管家keily提前聯繫預約了接機，房間送了新鮮的水果，如此周到的服務讓人印象深刻。雖然入住期間遇到了一點小小問題，但是經理Veina很快就給我們解決了，工作效率非常高，感謝每一位盡責的工作人員！

因為有長者和小孩選擇了親子酒店，離告莊市區較遠，但酒店環境整體不錯，有餐廳咖啡廳，還有小孩做手工的地方。酒店床睡着很舒服，雖然酒店不夠新但床墊感覺還很舒服，枕頭很軟。餐廳早餐還算比較齊全豐富，中午還點了一次臘排骨湯鍋，味道非常好。酒店送了花卉園的門票，以及旅拍沒有用到。整體不錯，缺點是大堂感覺有點暗不夠亮堂。管家Rena非常熱心有問必達。

酒店的環境簡直絕了！一進入酒店，就被那充滿民族風情的裝修風格吸引住了，到處都是精美的傣族元素裝飾，讓人彷彿置身於一個傣族的藝術殿堂。園林景觀設計得十分精緻，綠樹成蔭，花草繁盛，還有漂亮的泳池，在泳池邊躺椅上休息，享受着陽光和微風，特別愜意。房間寬敞明亮，佈置得很温馨，床品柔軟舒適，衞生間乾淨整潔且空間很大，
酒店的服務也非常出色。工作人員都很熱情，從辦理入住時的前台Keily 小姐姐，到幫忙拿行李的行李員，再到餐廳的服務員，每個人都面帶微笑，服務周到細緻。有什麼需求都能及時響應，讓人感覺特別温暖。
酒店的餐飲也值得稱讚。早餐種類豐富極了，不僅有各種中西式美食，還有很多具有當地特色的小吃，像傣味米線、菠蘿紫米飯等，味道都特別正宗。酒店的中餐廳菜品也很精緻，食材新鮮，口味很棒。總之，這次在西雙版納融創皇冠假日酒店的住宿體驗太完美了，無論是環境、服務還是餐飲，都讓人無可挑剔。下次來西雙版納，一定還會選擇住這裏，也會推薦給身邊的朋友們。

非常滿意！從抵達時的熱情接待，到房間的整潔舒適，都讓人滿意。
酒店還可以體驗安漫旅拍傣服拍照項目，酒店風景就很好，植被豐富，還有佛塔。誇誇化粧師 技術很好，攝影師也很會教動作。適合閨蜜旅行親子出遊，強烈推薦有時間體驗一下。
