衞生感覺OK的，小院環境整得挺好。需要注意兩個點，第一個是帳篷房沒有隔音，車鳴聲會吵到睡不着，而且不知道怎麼回事一直有個類似洗衣機攪拌的聲音。第二個是帳篷房在四樓，走樓梯上去，對帶行李箱的人來説不方便。

小院周圍是居民區非常安靜，出行也挺方便離機場距離不遠，房間乾淨整潔性價比超高，提供一次性毛巾等各種日常生活用品，對於旅行住宿來説最看重的就是衞生和熱水供應，這點都挺好的，感謝招待

院子的環境很好，床墊舒適，智能馬桶，洗澡水很大，這幾天基本上除了睡覺都在院子裏，很涼爽，喝喝茶什麼的，挺慢節奏的。

住進去就是一個坑，訂了兩天入住，訂了這個民宿偏了不得了，居民區弄堂裏面上下坡走出去，吃飯出行都要叫車才可，關鍵這條路出去堵得很，叫車真不方便，旁邊都在搞建設灰塵大的得很，這個就算了，不説了。房間隔音不好，外面講的話聽得清清楚楚，這個也不説了。床套不乾淨，有小蟲子這個怎麼説，住進房間才知道房間有異味，估計是下水道慣出來的臭味飄入房間臭氣。忍了一晚第二天就走了。
