服務這塊真的沒話説啊 進門就有送濕毛巾擦手送喝的 到了房間有歡迎水果 這個水果是24h都可以問管家要的 兩天的下午茶都不一樣 都很精緻 很適合拍照出片 晚上會有晚安甜湯 兩天的也都不一樣 很用心啦 早餐是自助➕點餐式 不能説很好吃 但是也不錯 酒店房間很大 酒店一整個熱帶雨林的感覺 所以蚊蟲很多 房間裏酒店配了三個電蚊液 來安萊住的兩天基本沒怎麼出門 都是晚上 白天全留在酒店享受 管家服務很盡職盡責 有什麼需求都會照顧到 開夜床服務送的小象很可愛 最後還多送了我們好幾個！！！

這次版納旅行多虧了這家酒店！！酒店工作人員和管家很靠譜，秒回訊息，並且及時提供需要的服務，整體素質非常高。酒店維護的也很好，非常漂亮，賞心悦目。酒店的餐食也很豐富很好吃，早餐的熱咖啡是帶拉花的，細節做到了極致，牛肉米線也特別好吃。酒店的綠化特別好，有種在雨林的感覺。位置離告莊不遠，出行很方便，而且因為不在告莊裡麪，所以特別安靜，晚上能很好的休息。下次來版納還會考慮入住！
