悦庭楠舍（告庄西双景店）

房間衞生不合格，牆上到處是壁虎，而且拖鞋也不夠，我們訂的是家庭套房就兩雙拖鞋還滑的很，老媽差點在廁所滑倒，原本我們訂的是大床雙床家庭房可下午到了酒店卻還沒打掃出來，臨時給我換了一個兩張1.5的小床和一張大床房，服務這塊也不太滿意，老闆有點愛搭不理的感覺。

環境很差，根本不是酒店，就是一套託管的旅館，我們入住裏面連紙和毛巾都沒有，早上還沒有熱水，從來沒有遇到過這麼差的！

服務熱情，有機會再來。

Chinese citizens only need to scan the official QR code of the Yunnan Public Security Bureau to check in quickly. My fellow French citizens also checked in quickly at the front desk. ✨On the day of check-out, we also stored our luggage at the front desk. When picking up luggage, it is also very efficient and convenient to use the remote app to automatically open the door with video assistance; 🛗There are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs from the B&B apartment. The building has complete infrastructure: elevators, vending machines, monitoring equipment, public refrigerators, etc.; 🚽The B&B room has all the facilities you need: large-screen projector, refrigerator, air conditioner, sofa, coffee table, bookshelf, TV cabinet, modern toilet, shower, smart room card, etc.; 😻The decoration style of this room is exquisite and unique: in addition to the round large bed and mosquito net, which are extremely warm and comfortable, the blue starry sky theme background of the entire room is more romantic, fairy tale-like, and eye-catching; 🌃The room has a large balcony and the view (especially the night view) is good and pleasing to the eye. They also thoughtfully installed a clothes drying rack on the balcony. 👎Points for improvement: 1. Stay for two nights in total. Forgot to clean up, change toiletries and provide free mineral water the next day. (We usually remind the front desk before going out, but we forgot this time. So it is possible that the store misunderstood that we do not need this service😂); 2. The bathroom sewer drainage system is a bit slow; 3. The elevator is a bit old. Impact on environmental scores. All in all, worth collecting and recommending! 👍🏿🤩

The room was very comfortable and very cost-effective. The boss was very nice and provided a lot of help. I will come back next time. It is very close to the Starlight Night Market...it only takes a few minutes to walk.
