酒店民宿服務非常棒，有什麼需要馬上就給處理，一家人住了5天，每天在酒店做飯，很有在家過年的味道，東西配備很齊全，鍋碗瓢盆全都有，我覺得鍋不好用老闆馬上給換了一套全新的，很周到。西雙版納我第一次來，城市給我的印象很一般，比較臟，灰太大，政府的城市治理水平亟待提高，景點也都是一些泰式的建築而已，沒什麼趣味。
小區周邊的環境比較一般，屬於郊區，在嘎灑鎮，但小區裏面的環境還是很不錯的，整體來説這是一次很好的住宿體驗，我們一家在這裏度過了一個開心的春節，謝謝酒店的員工

房間還行，中規中矩，除了主卧，其他的兩個房間多少有點小。距離機場很近，但是距離景區都很遠，沒有車的話很不方便
園區有公共的游泳池，但是水太冷了
最後要嚴重吐槽一下淋浴，水太小了，而且放不熱，好不容易放熱了，又忽冷忽熱。水壓小的讓人想砸淋浴。洗了兩天涼水澡！

酒店在別墅區，環境很好人文景觀設計非常適合度假，房間很乾凈裝修風格也很舒服，衞生也很好，帶孩子出遊，孩子可以在房間和户外玩耍，可以做飯，有什麼問題可以隨時跟酒店溝通，酒店的服務也特別好，非常適合親子度假，來西雙版納住的最舒服的酒店了，以後來西雙版納還要住這家，強烈推薦！ps（室內環境忘拍了，但是環境真的特別好乾凈衞生）

房間整潔乾淨，兩層小別墅陽光燦爛，門口的花也很漂亮。服務員小姑娘特別熱情周到細緻，像一朵朵太陽花。每天還有新鮮的水果和當地的礦泉水，晚上泡個天然温泉特別舒服，容易入睡。小姑娘每天早晨都會開車按時來接吃早飯。早晨有當地的特色食物和日常大家喜歡的雜糧和豆漿，品種很多，熱乎乎的。感覺像在家裡一樣。必須好評。

入住即享當地特色水果:好吃
帶着家裡長者還有小朋友在這裏住了7天6晚都沒有住夠呀，開始住在告莊附近，天天停水一點都不方便，果斷退房來這邊住了，雖然離景點遠一點，但因為有車，還算方便，小區壞境優美寧靜，住的很舒服休息的很好，有什麼需跟前台聯繫也是有求必應，來版納首選哦
