第一次來西雙版納，人生地不熟，看到很多酒店和民宿,考慮再三首選還是萬達，辦理入住後果然沒有讓我們失望，環境一流，房間寬敞明亮,可能都是一路旅行過來的，酒店房間有全自動洗衣機，洗衣液，晾衣架，很貼心真周到，特別的是在前台遇到了COCO，親自把我們送到了房間，並且有問題都一一協調解決。很好的印象。會推薦給準備過來旅行的朋友，也會再次光臨。

房間比較大的，但是裝修就是廉價公寓風了，配色傢俱都土土的。送的旅拍推銷味兒比較重，住了一週臨走送了伴手禮，本來挺開心，後來打開一看也是廉價貨。不會再住的酒店。

豪華酒店公寓的趕腳，管理很到位。周邊環境不錯，至少不會鬧騰。室內衞生整潔，佈局合理。早餐品種也很多，吃了兩天，很滿意。泳池很有吸引力，很是得到孩子們青睞。
感謝管家CoCo，還幫我們升級了複式家庭房。不斷地麻煩她，卻一直有求必應，態度極好。酒店的其他員工服務態度也很不錯。入住和離開都幫我們搬運行李。

酒店位置佳，去市區各景點都不遠，打車方便。酒店設施完備，套房內配置小冰箱、洗衣機、廚房水池、晾衣架等，給遠到而來的遊客提供了便利。酒店是管家式服務，coco提前加了微信，告知了要注意的方方面面。到店後熱情地幫我們把行李拉到房間，幫我把冰盒放到冰櫃冷凍。酒店早餐品種挺豐富的，也有晚餐提供，玩累了，餐廳點萊也很方便，味道不錯。

相當舒適的一次旅行，酒店安靜，房間寬敞明亮，出行方便，特別要感謝Coco貼心的歡迎果盤和入住伴手禮，由於行程較緊張，Coco特地幫安排提前入住和延遲退房，正如春日般陽光温暖人心，下次來版納再次入住。

帶孩子出遊，最麻煩的事情就是洗衣服，酒店裡的洗衣機真的幫了大忙，會提供洗衣液。房間到處都很乾凈，就連不起眼的小地方（給寶寶撿玩具時發現）也打掃得很乾凈，管家小孟的服務熱情周到，裏面的其他工作人員碰到時都會主動問好！寶寶很喜歡去小童遊樂區玩，早餐的種類雖説不是很多，但味道都很好！
