Had a wonderful relaxing time. The springs and pool were fantastic. The food was fine if a little overpriced for what it was. Staff lovely and really helpful. Stunning location and a great place to unwind.

衞生：房間和泡池都很乾凈，用起來毫無顧慮
環境：：環境太棒了，看着酒店森林裏的落日和日出，一點煩惱都沒有了
服務：無論是酒店接送我們的電車師父，還是前台，都特別用心，讓我們感覺沒有任何距離，離店的時候前台還用心的準備了點心，還送過來停車場給我，我哭死

酒店很大很漂亮，民族風情十足，山裡的空氣很清新，硬件設施很好，適合一家人來度假。
酒店的温泉真的很好，泡起來很舒服。
從普洱開過來要三個小時，稍微有點遠。
唯一美中不足的是酒店的服務。這麼好的度假區，值得更好的服務配套。比如可以在入住的時候介紹一下酒店的佈局分佈，不然這麼大有點容易迷路。温泉區可以配賣飲料或者提供飲水的地方，温泉區竟然找不到一口水喝。還有一些些小細節其實加強一下服務人員的培訓就可以給顧客帶來更好的體驗。
