淡季沒幾個人入住，早餐自助餐變成了點餐，酒店在山上，不是自駕還不但方便，服務不錯，前台接待，保潔等都很專業，總體感覺尚可。

設施、環境、服務都很不錯，前台接待很熱情好客主動升級了房間，空氣很好特別安靜，本想多住幾天，唯一遺憾是房間衞生間氣味太不友好，提前退房了，真心希望老區人民能真正與時俱進實現共同富裕

酒店好冷清，自助早餐都是提前點一點，説入住人不多，房間也有一股味道，有點像澡堂子的味道，千萬別在那吃飯，昨晚在那吃的早餐，270，魚118，一份肉118，還有一份小菜，味道超級差，肉是好甜的，根本做不到五星級酒店該有的標準，卻收着五星級的錢。總之不建議入駐，550一間不值！

春節出行，預訂了兩個房間，第一天晚上洗澡才發現兩個房間的浴室下水道都是堵的，衞生間水漫金山，晚上去前台找人沒人值班衹能作罷，第二天早上去反應，後來修好了，還有衞生間水池下水也很慢，建議檢查一下，其他都OK，服務態度都很好。
