The cleanliness is okay. The hotel is at a crossroads, which can be a bit noisy. When I came back at 1:30 in the afternoon, I found that the door could not be opened. I called the front desk and asked them to help open the door and pick up my luggage. After waiting for a long time, no one came. I took my room card and went down to find it. The meal vouchers provided by the B&B are also very worthwhile. The cold noodles are super delicious. As we are not from China, there were quite a few things we did not know how to do or were unable to do without a Chinese phone number, but with Juanjuan and Xioaxia, we were able to navigate those waters. Do not skip out on visiting the whole property and experiencing all they have to offer! Every staff member from the bar staff, reception, waiters, etc were all so wonderful and kind.
