A friend recommended this hotel, saying it was new and the staff were friendly, so we booked two rooms. Upon arrival, the hotel is indeed large, so the public areas are relatively large, but most of them appear unused. Also, when we arrived around 1:00 PM, they said there were no rooms available. We asked if we could check in at 2:00 PM as per the standard check-in schedule. They said no, because they were short-staffed. They suggested we go out and play before returning to check in. My child had originally wanted to check in at 2:00 PM and rest for two hours before leaving, but in the end, we had no choice but to check our luggage and take a taxi. During our stay, apart from the lobby building, we saw almost no staff in other buildings. The elevator didn't require a card, so safety is a concern. Today, after checking out, while waiting for a taxi in the lobby, an incident occurred. A child who was staying with other guests was injured and called 911. It seems the child had climbed onto a common area fixture and a cover had become loose and fallen. While parents are supervising, the hotel's lack of safety precautions is also a concern. In summary, newly opened hotels still need to be fully prepared before being put into use, whether it is personnel arrangements or safety hazards. However, I saw many group bookings when checking in, and the hotel may not care much about individual travelers on Ctrip.
