從嘉軒升級到臻選，前台liz小姐服務周到，從旅遊美食到路線都能幫助解答，非常貼心。鈷藍餐廳一如既往的美味。以後到景德鎮還會來住。

回老家的路上途徑景德鎮，預訂的民宿因為車位問題沒有入住，到了景德鎮臨時很倉促的定了凱悦嘉軒酒店。目的就是衹要酒店有地下大的停車位就行。定的太倉促，10分鐘前定的酒店10分鐘後就來辦理入住了，也沒有看清楚包含的早餐有幾位。但辦理入住時，前台小姐姐Kylie人美心善，看我託老帶小一身疲憊，幫我改了雙床房（當時定沒看衹管定房可能定的大床）還加送了一份成人早餐！入住環境乾淨，温馨。家庭出行還是應該首選酒店，民宿還是適合年輕人小情侶，真的很不方便！早餐餐廳雖然不大，但勝在品種豐富，該有的都有了！口味都很不錯，選的菜也都沒有踩雷，蔬菜綠油油的也沒有炒蔫巴！期間餐廳廚師一次次的出來檢查餐品，提供服務。昨晚入住的太晚，今早早餐後去前台詢問能否延遲退房，前台查詢後回覆可以延遲辦理。這樣我們就可以悠悠噠噠去隔壁陶溪川文創園兜一圈不必擔心晚退房了！愉快的入住體驗，下次開車回家途徑景德鎮還會首選這裏！

酒店位置很好，就在陶溪川裏面，文創街就在酒店對面，逛週末夜市很方便。房間不算大，但挺乾淨，隔音也不錯。前台服務態度比較好，整體不錯。

酒店距離陶溪川街區非常近，吃飯購物很方便，到景點也很近，訂了三晚，前台Becky 貼心幫我升級了臻選酒店，完美的旅行

第一次在酒店做點評，首先留言前預留給了酒店跟我溝通的時間，不過從他們最後一次跟我聯繫到現在已經三天了，所以決定不等了，此次到景德鎮總共住了8晚，前面兩晚在凱悦甄選，後面6晚在凱悦嘉軒，入住的時候前台也説明瞭旁邊在施工，但是晚上10點就結束，所以我個人覺得可以接受，前面4晚挺好也不影響休息，第五晚施工到凌晨一點多實在受不了給前台打電話（是破碎機在破碎水泥地面），前台表示他們沒有辦法問我需要隔音棉嗎？我拒絕（凌晨了肯定不想房間裏面還有其他人進來在玻璃上搞這些）所以那一晚是通宵施工，第二天白天也沒停，等於無法休息，好不容易到晚上停了，但是凌晨五點繼續破碎，等於48小時中間衹有幾個小時的到休息，退房後當天酒店跟我聯繫説退一晚房費，我很明確“要麼不用退，要麼退2晚”，最後就是最後沒有繼續的回覆了，所以我衹能在此表達不滿，沒辦法呀，店太大了，對於普通人來説得自己承受！最後吐槽一點，早餐毫無意外的6天不會變化一點點！
