前台服務人員熱心熱情。介紹了哪裡好玩，哪裡有親民的餐具。
賓館周圍乾淨清凈！距離博物館很近。

這幾次住的前台接待都挺不錯的，很安靜，一到就睡了12小時，夜市第二天才去逛的。

設施：老賓館挺貴
環境：有2:00不太好，一是有味，房間裏有一種奇怪的味，好像是空調，反正散不出去。
二是很吵，旁邊餐飲部有很大的排風管道聲音非常吵，雖然晚上8:00以後會好一點，但是白天會響三次都是吃飯時間，持續時間很長，非常影響體驗。
衞生：打掃衞生負責
服務：會主動告知周圍的環境，還提醒了一下夜市在哪。
