去的晚 沒房間選擇 升級了光影房間 但是新裝修 衞生間衞生沒打掃並且下水道味道嚴重 還是希望商家一定要在衞生上面多關注 酒店設施和服務都很好

這麼多年住過最差的一次酒店，八百多一晚，想着這個價格又是2025年剛開業，應該不會踩雷，起碼是新的呀，呵呵，老破舊的房間重新貼個牆紙也叫新開業？設施老舊，衞生間反水味道極重，馬桶的沖水按鍵不靈，洗澡間隔斷都快包漿了，關鍵是洗澡連熱水都不熱呀，實在是無力吐槽了，怎麼就能掛柏曼的牌子呢。

很少給酒店差評。房間設施舊，環境很差，不會是今年新開的。一千的酒店，起碼的洗澡熱水要有吧？家人遊玩勞累了一天，回到酒店沒有熱水，洗的人都要感冒了，連浴巾也沒有，毛巾一個也沒有。藉口説太忙了。洗澡拖鞋沒有。總機電話打了沒人接。早餐也無。太差勁了。總體服務太差
