初夏的位置超好的，在這裡交通便利，用餐的選擇非常多元，離景點也很近，有洗衣機的設備，對旅人是一大福音

衞生房間都挺好的，挺大的。地理環境也很方便，去哪裡都有公交車，就是對面是人民廣場，一大早開始就有廣場舞，挺吵的。

房間挺大的，適合帶孩子，但是環境一般哈，如果對住宿沒那麼講究，倒是很有性價比的，不過這裏的隔音不是太好。

地段極好，晚上很熱鬧，喜歡陽氣足的地方，睡覺不害怕。醒了樓下就是小毛湯包，包子超好吃，如果不是住這裏估計吃不上包子，排隊隊伍好長

這個價位住這麼好的民宿，價錢真的很實惠性價比很高，房間環境也還可以，離各個景點近，，，，出去玩也比較方便，第二天離店還可以寄存行李，小姐姐也特別的温柔，最重要的一點是有大投影儀有VIP真的很推薦了，其他好多酒店電視投影都是沒VIP的。

先説缺點：衞生間沒有排氣扇，隔音差，隔音差，隔音差！第一天是住的波西米亞風的房間，半夜兩三點樓下人民廣場路邊修路很吵，早上七八點廣場舞音樂超級吵！都是在關上窗户的情況下！還是吵得不行，然後要退房，前台説給我們換另一間房，在樓的另一邊的，跟我説不會吵的，結果還是吵，衹是巨吵和吵的區別，換房間後補覺，隔壁小孩説話聲音可以清楚的聽到，樓道過人也可以聽到，早上廣場舞音樂依舊可以聽到，還是那個時間那首音樂，而且八九點的時候馬路上的車很喜歡鳴笛，超級吵超級煩人，過車的聲音樓上都能聽到，住19.20層都可以聽到，簡單説就是隔音做得不行，很容易吵鬧影響休息
優點：，房間大，衞生可以、市中心，交通便利，樓下很多吃的，前台服務好，定錯房間也説可以第二天給我換，雖然最後是因為吵鬧換房

地理位置非常好!樓下吃喝很方便，城景房夜景也很不錯!晚上看投影非常nice關鍵房間也夠大，價格是真的香啊 去哪裡打車都衹需要10塊錢左右樓下還有公交站，也很便捷。走過去撫州路美食街，也很近，10分鐘之內吧

房間佈置得非常温馨，像自己的小家一樣，還有投影儀，每天回酒店都很開心
找不到酒店位置可以直接打電話，老闆人特別熱情，我落了墨鏡老闆也主動幫我寄快遞迴家，特別周到
酒店衞生很nice,全程都很舒適,值得好評!!!
