前台工作人員熱情又高效，辦理入住時主動介紹了酒店設施和周邊旅遊攻略，還貼心地根據我的需求調整了合適的房間，全程微笑服務，讓人感覺很温暖。
客房的衞生狀況無可挑剔，床品乾淨舒適，房間內沒有異味，各類用品擺放整齊，細節處盡顯用心，住得特別舒心。 整體體驗遠超預期，下次來還會選擇這家酒店！

剛從格蘭雲天退房，迫不及待來分享！這是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，絕對超出預期。
位置絕佳無論是去景點還是商圈都非常方便。
服務貼心：從入住到退房，前台小巫和客房阿姨都非常熱情，有求必應。
房間舒適：房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟親膚，枕頭高度也剛剛好，睡得特別香。
早餐豐富：早餐種類很多，中西結合，每天都能換着花樣吃。
下次來景德鎮，這裏一定還是我的首選，也會推薦給朋友和家人。

和對象來這裏度假，體驗感直接拉滿！房間視野超棒，落地窗外就是城市夜景 / 海景，晚上和對象坐在窗邊聊天喝酒，氛圍感十足；床品柔軟舒適，燈光可以調節明暗，很有温馨感。前台小朱和客房房主管服務很有分寸感，有需求隨叫隨到，又不會打擾私人空間。下次旅行，還想再來這裏！

這次入住景德鎮格蘭雲天大酒店體驗感真的超絕，進入大堂環境優雅，前台服務非常好，説話温温柔柔的，提的需求基本都滿足了，最讓人驚喜的是還送了安心女神包！！裏面品種非常多，卸粧濕巾，濕巾、棉簽、紅糖、眼罩、洗面奶！！！出遊能提供這些東西酒店真的想的太周到啦，必須強烈推薦，房間面積也非常大非常舒服！！酒店工作人員都很有禮貌，看的出來培訓的很好，在誇誇前台小姐姐，每個都很漂亮~~
