優點：室內衞生整潔，近景區
缺點：太太太太太太太吵了！！！！！！晚上一直到將近10點才沒有廣場舞的聲，早上7點多又有了。上午想睡覺，樓下的車喇叭聲停不下來！

房間隔音非常非常非常差，隔壁房間開關門，走廊道的人説話都聽的一清二楚；最要命的是樓下廣場舞大媽，唱歌的大爺從早上七點到晚上十一點，聲音巨吵，根本睡不了覺
