I absolutely have to leave a positive review to share this comfortable experience with others! First and foremost, I have to praise the hotel's location. It's incredibly convenient! The subway station is just a 5-minute walk away, allowing easy access to scenic spots and shopping districts. It's also safe to return from a night out. 24-hour convenience stores and local snack shops are also nearby, making it incredibly convenient for late-night snacks and shopping. For independent travelers like us, it saves a lot of time on the road. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful during check-in. We arrived an hour earlier than expected and expected a long wait, but they quickly helped us coordinate a room, offered to carry our luggage, and patiently explained the hotel's amenities—for example, breakfast is on the first floor, the gym is open 24 hours, and the laundry room has a dryer. They even explained nearby taxis and shared bikes. There was no impatience at all, and they immediately made us feel very friendly. My first impression upon entering the room was cleanliness, which is what I value most. The sheets and pillowcases were odorless and soft to the touch. The mattress was just the right firmness. Even someone who's a stickler for beds like me managed to sleep through the night. They even had two pillow thicknesses to choose from, which was a really thoughtful touch. The breakfast is also highly recommended! There's a wide variety, from Chinese congee, steamed buns, and fried dough sticks to Western options like bread, bacon, and fried eggs, and even local specialties like wontons and tofu pudding. All tasted authentic. The staff replenished the food promptly and cleared the plates quickly, leaving the table never cluttered with empty dishes. The environment was also very clean. Sitting by the window in the morning for breakfast was incredibly refreshing. The final check-out was also very smooth. The staff took the initiative to ask if we were satisfied with our stay and even called a taxi for us. They didn't leave until we got in. This stay really exceeded my expectations. Whether it was the location, hygiene, service or facilities, I couldn't find any faults. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends!
