I experienced Atour for the first time in Chengdu in August. The bedding was really comfortable and the service was good. This time, maybe because of the National Day, it was still a bit unsatisfactory. First, there is no refrigerator or drinks. The meal vouchers provided by the B&B are also very worthwhile. The cold noodles are super delicious. This place was truly a complete escape away from life, and it was so difficult to leave. The location was incredible, but more than that, the service provided was unlike anything we have ever experienced. The staff, Juanjuan and Xioaxia, were always so friendly and ready to help us with whatever we needed. As we are not from China, there were quite a few things we did not know how to do or were unable to do without a Chinese phone number, but with Juanjuan and Xioaxia, we were able to navigate those waters. Do not skip out on visiting the whole property and experiencing all they have to offer! Every staff member from the bar staff, reception, waiters, etc were all so wonderful and kind. We are already planning our next trip back to this little escape.
