酒店外觀還可以，但是房間內部設施很差！房間味道很大，一股怪味，久久都散不掉！房間特別小，牆壁上都是臟，衞生很不好！

房間乾淨衞生，位置不錯，住的很舒服，就是月亮灣景區的交通實在是無語，600多米的路堵了兩三個小時，無人疏導，打了當地政務服務電話回覆就是投訴很多你們再等等，簡直了！為了景色和酒店我會再去，但是這月亮灣的交通我再也不去！

泳池臟到令人髮指，前台態度惡劣，四百多一晚住的比兩星酒店還差，額外要一瓶礦泉水還要加三塊，酒店像沒見過錢，還收按金，早餐也極差，補的很慢，差差差，一住一個不吱聲

這次入住徹底被圈粉！酒店位置超讚，出門就是商圈，交通便利。前台服務熱情周到，瞬間感受到賓至如歸。房間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠到天亮。衞浴設施高端，細節處處顯品質。早餐豐富多樣，中西式選擇讓人驚喜。還有貼心的夜床服務，細節滿分！無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，這裏都是絕佳選擇，下次一定再來！

房間不錯，前台服務也很好，保潔很鬧心，感覺像趕人走一樣，12點退房11點45就在那催退房。12點前退了房卡，因為有兩個家人出去玩了，行李比較多，出房間晚了5分鐘，被催了無數次，體驗感很差，大過節的都是出來遊玩開心的，這種服務會很糟心態。反正以後不會去了。客房部的服務質量和意識很欠缺，有待提升。
