入住的一切都沒問題，本來也是考生待的時間不多。但是！！！！昨日退房今早發現丟了東西，立即致電酒店，可前台人員的回覆令人心寒無語至極！！！
“東西丟了要麼就是阿姨拿走了要麼就是沒丟”我請問呢？？家人們誰懂啊？？？我以為正確的用語最起碼得表明態度吧，所以打掃阿姨拿走了不上交就算是沒丟嘛🫢所以可以不用幫客人找直接就推諉嘛🫢
