Do adults need to sign in exact, one-to-one handwriting to understand? I've signed countless times, but this was the first time I've encountered such a situation. It's a complete nuisance. 2. When I swiped my room card for breakfast, they said it didn't include breakfast, even though the system clearly indicated it was. They lied and were completely inexperienced, causing further nuisance for the guests.
