首先聲明，火星基地馬爾斯營地主要是個營地，不能按酒店的標準評價，更何況營地的位置是在遠離市區十多公里的荒山戈壁中。那麼我為什麼在衞生和設施上不給五星呢，首先實事求是，作為野外的營地，衞生間和洗澡設施的確沒辦法高標準，其次也是提醒看評價的遊客，要適當有個心理準備。 設施：房間沒任何問題，帳篷也好，3D打印也好，外觀都極具主題特色。我們住的帳篷，房間內部除了衞生間和洗澡間，其餘都齊全、乾淨，而且根據戈壁特點配備了相應的設施，比如滅蟲燈。 設施：衞生間和洗澡間是共用設施，總體維護得還行，但正如我前面提到的，完全無法按自己家裡或普通酒店房間裏的標準要求，而且由於在野外，蒼蠅比較多些。由於是共用的，大半夜的去廁所可能比較麻煩。 環境：在火星基地的馬爾斯營地過夜，最棒的就是環境。晚上極其安靜，已經很久沒有處在靜謐環境中極度放鬆的感覺了，夜風中搬把椅子坐在帳篷外面，簡直是奢侈的享受。晚上星空璀璨，我們甚至看到了淡淡的銀河，北斗七星閃爍清晰，我老婆通過微信視頻都看到了。極其幸運的，當天晚上英仙座流星雨，我們和另外入住的一家看到四顆流星。月亮從地平網上升起，我第一次看到橙紅色的月亮，恍惚間我們差點認為是太陽。男孩子們興奮得大叫大跳，我兒子甚至想要熬夜。 服務：我最開始訂了三個晚上，基地工作人員主動聯繫我，提醒基地裏的項目衹需要一晚上一個白天就能遊玩，委婉建議我縮短在基地的行程。這給我留下了很深的印象。現場服務管家有問必答，隨時迴應我的問題和要求，主動幫我們安排行程，提前提醒。早飯送到帳篷，晚餐燒烤也是送到帳篷前，中午太陽太曬，午餐也送到帳篷。
