I even encountered housekeeping staff in the hallway who were cleaning other rooms, and they always greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly hello. The overall stay experience was excellent, and I was extremely satisfied with this trip!

They fixed it, and I left. After contacting Ctrip, they tried their best to help me resolve the issue. The hotel wouldn't agree to change rooms and wanted to charge a 50 yuan usage fee for a refund. I was only in the room for a few minutes. I'm speechless. Ctrip was the one who solved the problem for me. Thank you again, Ctrip. This hotel is terrible.
