This stay was absolutely amazing! The front desk was very patient when I contacted them in advance, and upon arrival, I was checked in within a matter of seconds. The staff, Xiaoqi and Xiaomei, were incredibly attentive. The room was even more spacious than the pictures showed, with a simple yet cozy decor and soft, non-glaring lighting. The bedding was especially comfortable, with the mattress perfectly firm and the quilt light and warm. I slept soundly all night, a perfect night's sleep for someone with insomnia. The bathroom was incredibly clean, with no water stains on the mirror, hot water running instantly and at a consistent temperature, and no odor in the shower. The hotel is in a prime location. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the freshly made breakfast was delicious. A small gift was given upon check-out—perfect attention to detail! A wonderful stay!

Highly recommended if you have layover in Jinan.
