出差原因到濟南這邊，住這個酒店真的給我太多的驚喜。網上剛預訂完就給我打了一個問詢電話，問我有沒有需要特殊安排的地方。房間已經安排好，非常滿意！服務員一直送我到房間門口才走，房間十分乾淨，設施設備也很齊全。真的是讓我在濟南這個城市體驗到了五星級酒店的服務標準！難得可貴！從服務到設施到早餐都是一流，希望酒店繼續保持此標準，出差在此，必住啟禾奢居酒店。
