Super, super good. This is the most cost-effective hotel I've stayed in during my travels. The front desk lady was attentive and enthusiastic. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the facilities are user-friendly. There are also special baby toothbrushes and slippers, which is very considerate. The mattress is also very comfortable. The actual hotel is exactly the same as the picture. I like it very much.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the old commercial port. The front desk service is also very friendly and helpful. I will come again next time.

Located next to Daguangyuan, lots of restaurants and street food delicacies. Professional, courteous and prompt front desk, housekeeping and dining service. Clean sheets, linens and towels. Toilet and bathroom are separate which is a plus for us. Room is clean and well soundproofed despite being at a busy intersection.There's a small gym and self service laundromat. Breakfast was great, good variety of local food, fruits, pastries, savories, especially like the noodles and pancakes cooked on the spot. Good value for a 4 star hotel! Highly recommended.

Really found the treasure hotel, the hotel section is very good, eating around, shopping is very convenient, the hotel health is particularly good, the room service is thoughtful, especially the front desk lady, very warm, gentle, the whole process is smiling service, very professional, check-in and check-out are very fast. The hotel's service is also quite standard. From the warm reception of the staff at the front desk, patiently answering questions, to the room service staff cleaning the room intimately and replenishing the items in time during the stay, every detail is handled just right, making people feel at home.

Nice room, basically what you see is what you get Located on the old street, the hotel is not on the street. It is quiet overall. The noise mainly comes from the guests parking their cars in the courtyard. It is not bad in the morning and evening. The location is very convenient to major attractions. There are many food options nearby. It is also close to the old commercial port on Jingsan Road, which is popular among young people. The service of Home Inn is really amazing. I didn't encounter any bad things during my stay. I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but Auntie cleaned the room recently. I hope she can put a ”No Cleaning” sign in the future.

I'm an American here in China studying kung fu for the year and took a trip to Jinan for a short weekend getaway to unwind a bit. I really enjoyed the Atour Light hotel! It's my second time staying in an Atour hotel and I have once again been left wanting for nothing. My Chinese is actually atrocious but the front desk staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and, I must say, I generally really hate bathrooms and need to wear a pair of slippers just to enter the facility but this has not been the case at either of the Atour hotels I've stayed at. The ambience is great, the amenities perfect for what I was looking for, and the location beyond excellent. Local food stops right outside the gate of the hotel and, if you're a westerner looking for something familiar, McDonald's is right around the corner too. No need for that though, the local feed hits the spot. All that to say, I have no complaints. Great service, great room, great location. 10/10 recommend.

The front desk of the hotel was very gentle. They saw that the price I ordered was too high and even let me get a coupon. They were always responsive to my requests and the hygiene was very clean. Not far from the hotel, there was an Internet celebrity check-in area. I walked there accidentally and thought a ramen called Goda's was delicious.

It's easy to find. The location is very good, there is a snack street downstairs. It's backed by Jiahua Shopping Plaza and there is a 24-hour convenience store next to it. The fragrance of the hotel is so good that it makes me want to connect. It's very comfortable to wear a big quilt. It's very convenient to eat and drink here. The hotel has sufficient heating. The front desk staff Xiaofan is helpful.

The most cost-effective four-star hotel I have stayed in when traveling in Jinan. The Ginza Group in Jinan is everywhere. The weather outside is very hot. When I return to the hotel, it is cool. After staying for one day, I feel that this hotel is good. I have stayed there for three more days. Yes, there is Harmony Square nearby. It is very convenient to eat. The service staff are very enthusiastic. The hotel is cleaned very clean every day. The transportation is convenient.
