Guest rooms are located on floors 23-30, requiring a transfer to a separate elevator to descend from the lobby level. ## Cleanliness Spotlessly clean and tidy. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. ## Environment The only minor drawback is the ongoing construction in the surrounding area. If noise is a concern, I recommend mentioning it at check-in, and the front desk will do their best to arrange a quieter room for you. ## Service The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive to all requests – truly exceptional service! A big thumbs up for this! I checked in on my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a complimentary cake and fruit, which was a delightful touch and made the trip even more memorable.

Environment: It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the Laotun subway station, which is very convenient. Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently. I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of. Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all. When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰 Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great. Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great. When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳 I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋

Well located within walking distance to the Jinan west high speed rail. Staff was friendly and helpful in recommending dinner options in the vicinity. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was sufficiently stocked and food was ok. Checkout was a breeze.

The room is nice, very new, and a little bit of a decoration. The best thing is that you can try on Hanfu for free on the first floor. There are both boys and girls, but fewer adults. There are also four treasures for practicing calligraphy in the room. There are also Kongling drums and a restaurant on the first floor. Try to go to the restaurant early. If you go late, there will be nothing to eat🤕 There is also a small lawn. It happened to be a wedding.

Very satisfied, it's only a few minutes walk from the subway station. There are a lot of delicious food downstairs, and there is a big night market opposite. The pretty girls at the front desk are warm and cute. I like it very much. The most important thing is that it's only one subway stop away from Jinan West Station. It's very convenient!

Overall experience very positive. Beginning from location, staff in reception very helpful, rooms are clean and well equipped ending on breakfast which should satisfy most of visitors.

We have stayed at this hotel many times during our visits to Jinan, as it’s our go-to choice. Its convenient location near the train station provides easy access to many towns in Shandong province. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and even assisted us in booking a taxi for our trip back to the airport. With its prime location and excellent service, it’s one of my favorite hotels in Jinan..
