There is a platform outside the window on the second floor. The view is not very good after opening the curtains, but this deficiency can basically be ignored. It’s that the front desk staff may not be very good to hand over to each other. I changed my name for two nights and continued for one night. Then I called the front desk and said that after, there were two different front desk staff at different times. I called two calls to ask if I would renew the room. Hope this can be improved. Overall, this hotel is the final choice made by many other hotels before I came to Jinan. Health and safety can be trusted.

This trip was very pleasant. The service of Shandong Jiankang Licheng Hotel was very good. The warm service of Ms. Jing and Ms. Zhang, the waitresses on the 11th floor, made us feel very cordial. The service manager and employees in the lobby were very enthusiastic. They took the initiative to introduce us to the surrounding attractions and routes, and added WeChat to answer our questions at any time. The restaurant manager came out to serve the guests in person, which fully reflected the hotel's spirit of teamwork and is our role model! The hygiene of the dishes is exquisite in details. This hotel was amazing! The staff especially were wonderful! We had a language barrier (staff spoke no English), but were more than happy to communicate using translator apps. They were so so so nice!!!! Especially cause one of us had a birthday whilst there. The location was fantastic- on one of the islands on Daming Lake Scenic Area, and the hotel’s complementary motorised transport from the nearest public road to the hotel wasn’t all that necessary as it was only a 5 min walk from hotel to public road. Though it was welcome! The first photo was taken from our room. The view was amazing! Chaoran Tower was about a 200m walk from the hotel. Everything else in the photos was within 700m of our hotel. This was my first visit to Jinan and I loved it. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is at the back of the train station. You have to go around to take the train. I wanted to book the Railway Hotel, but it was full that day, so I booked this hotel instead. It looks like a big hotel from a distance. There are 4 counters in the lobby, two of which are hotels, and the other two are unknown companies. The front desk lady was very good and upgraded me. I wonder if it was from the 12th floor to the 17th floor? The room is a bit small, and some furniture cannot be put together, which makes it difficult to use. It would be better to remove the slats on the cabinets. When I turned off the TV and planned to go to bed at night, I noticed that the train noise was quite loud. The breakfast was good, with both Chinese and Western food, but it was a bit salty. They insisted on the traditional characteristics of Shandong cuisine and were unwilling to change.

had a wonderful stay in QuanShuiRenJia, the staff were amazing! Amazing customer service as well! Love the interior of the place, plus points especially to the automated heated toilet bowl. However, breakfast for everyday is the same, hope to see some rotations for breakfast! Would still recommend this place to foreigners to stay in as it is really convenient in terms of location ❤️

Hotel location is good, not very far from attractions. Good service and breakfast! Cleaner lady is very friendly and helpful. Downside: it’s very old and needs renovation! The lobby looks dark and old, only four seats at the lobby and mostly occupied. Should have put more chairs for people to sit and rest! Washing machines and the dryer are not functioning well, the weather was hot so we needed to wash cloth often, it took a few hours to wash and dry, very inconvenient!

After staying for three nights, I feel that the hotel's service can exceed five stars. The front desk is responsive. There is a short male waiter with a particularly good attitude. Every time I tell him about his needs, he is extremely polite and enthusiastic. Special thanks! The restaurant and guest room service staff were all smiling and cleared the table quickly and on time. When I expressed my gratitude to them, they kept saying that this was what they should do, which made the guests feel their sincerity. Although it was cold outside, Jinniu Novotel made my trip to Jinan during the Spring Festival very warm, and I hope I can stick to it.
