From the check-in process, she meticulously inquired about our travel plans, proactively introduced the exclusive Horizon Club privileges, and even thoughtfully prepared our preferred tea bags. During our stay, upon noticing we had a child, she took the initiative to add a bed rail and surprised us with some delightful snacks. When we unexpectedly needed to print documents, she handled it swiftly and precisely, all with a constant, cheerful smile. Every time we met her at the Horizon Club, she would accurately address us by name and recall details of attractions we'd discussed, making us feel like valued friends. Upon our departure, when our pre-arranged car arrived ahead of schedule, she thoughtfully provided an extra bottle of water and reminded us to have a safe journey. This level of meticulous attention to detail transformed the Horizon Club from just an accommodation space into a temporary home. Dream's professionalism and genuine warmth truly deserve the highest praise!

Yesterday, the housekeeper Wang called me at night and sent me milk. When I checked out today, he also asked me if I needed to delay the check-out time. It deserves five-star praise. The location of the hotel is also quite good. The hotel on Jingshi Road is also a combination of conference and accommodation. It is quite convenient overall.

This trip was very pleasant. The service of Shandong Jiankang Licheng Hotel was very good. The warm service of Ms. Jing and Ms. Zhang, the waitresses on the 11th floor, made us feel very cordial. The service manager and employees in the lobby were very enthusiastic. They took the initiative to introduce us to the surrounding attractions and routes, and added WeChat to answer our questions at any time. The restaurant manager came out to serve the guests in person, which fully reflected the hotel's spirit of teamwork and is our role model! The hygiene of the dishes is exquisite in details. This hotel was amazing! The staff especially were wonderful! We had a language barrier (staff spoke no English), but were more than happy to communicate using translator apps. They were so so so nice!!!! Especially cause one of us had a birthday whilst there. The location was fantastic- on one of the islands on Daming Lake Scenic Area, and the hotel’s complementary motorised transport from the nearest public road to the hotel wasn’t all that necessary as it was only a 5 min walk from hotel to public road. Though it was welcome! The first photo was taken from our room. The view was amazing! Chaoran Tower was about a 200m walk from the hotel. Everything else in the photos was within 700m of our hotel. This was my first visit to Jinan and I loved it. I will definitely stay here again.

The first time I stayed in this hotel, I was really attracted by it! As soon as I entered the hotel, the smell of tea hit me. I asked and found out that it was fragrance. It smelled very good and special! Walking into the room, the warm-toned lighting created a warm atmosphere, the bedding was skin-friendly and breathable, and there were soft buckwheat pillows to choose from. I really understand sleep picky people! The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the shower head in the shower room had even water flow. What surprised me most was the service details of the hotel: welcome fruits were prepared, and the front desk was online 24 hours a day, and it could respond quickly whether it was inquiring about routes or borrowing charging cables. The restaurant environment during breakfast time was elegant, with not only local snacks, but also Western pastries and freshly squeezed juices. Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, this hotel is perfectly suitable! Convenient transportation, not far from the high-speed rail station and scenic spots, 3 to 4 minutes walk to Quancheng Square, super cost-effective. I have already recommended it to my friends around me, and it is definitely the best choice for travel and accommodation!

I have been in this Hotel many times and I go back anytime I am in Jinan. The place is very comfortable , the breakfast offers a great option of Weatern food. The laundry service works very well. For me Huatt Jonanos thebbest hotel in Jinan and I will go back there always when in Jinan

The hotel facilities are complete and clean. The front desk staff of the hotel is also very helpful. Because I booked three rooms and called in advance to confirm, they reserved adjacent rooms for me warmly and thoughtfully. The hotel has free parking and is equipped with charging piles, which is very convenient. The most worthwhile thing is that the hotel's breakfast is really super good, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western styles. Liangyou Fulin Hotel is not a wrong choice👍

The room is clean and hygienic. The front desk lady is very nice. Before we came, she even called to ask about transportation, how to park, and the weather conditions. Check-in was very fast. It was very late when we arrived, and the lady even upgraded the room. The hotel also collects express delivery, and the express delivery sent in advance is properly kept. I am very satisfied with all aspects. The hotel is right by Daming Lake, and it is very convenient to walk to the scenic spot.
