This was a nice hotel close to the airport with a good, free shuttle bus service. A no-frills budget hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Though they could not speak any English, it was okay. I was really disappointed that there were no real cups, teaspoons, or eating utensils in the room. Only a couple of paper cups. I hate them! The breakfast was normal for the price you pay. But no breakfast cerials with milk. Overall, I had a peaceful and good nights sleep. Apart from the paper cups - no real complaints. On a final note. If I get to an Hotel early. Why can't the Hotel provide a recommended free VIP movie that is easy to open and watch? That would be nice.

Fantastic stay! The free airport pick-up and drop-off were seamless. Staff were genuinely kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. I was warmly welcomed, check-in was quick thanks to pre-prepared paperwork, and I even got a WeChat message to confirm if I needed anything else. The hotel is new, modern, and clean, with a beautiful scent in the hallways that reminded me of Crown Casino Melbourne. Rooms are high-tech with heated toilet seats, and thoughtful touches like free drinks in the lobby and bottled water in the gym and room. They even helped me iron my shirts! Special thanks to Yang Qianqian and Shan Yuming. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Jinan, you won’t regret it. If you’re traveling from overseas, message the hotel through your booking and share your WeChat ID, they’ll contact you directly to arrange airport pickup.

This accommodation is near Wangsheren Metro Line 3 Station. It's convenient for traveling, and the room is much better than the price. There are cleaning staff every day. You can leave your luggage after checking out, but the counter is on the other side of the building. I highly recommend it. You can take a single bus into the city and reach the tourist spots.

Facilities: Very high-end, newly renovated. Hygiene: Very good, very clean, the towels are all disposable towels in bags. Environment: There is a small night market downstairs, although there are few people in winter. Service: Room service is good, but the sound insulation is average. Downstairs is Wanhong Plaza, and parking is free when staying in the hotel. It's next to the Wangsheren subway station and opposite the subway station is Longfor Xingyao Plaza and Longfor Beichentian Street. There's so much delicious food to eat here.

The service attitude was very good, and we were received by two young men. The guy will solve the problem immediately if there is a problem. There was a red mark and a blood stain on my quilt cover, and the guy at the front desk immediately gave me a solution, either changing the room or changing the sheets and quilt cover. I asked for the bed sheets and quilt covers to be changed, and the guy kept apologizing to express his apology and even sent me breakfast. The stool at the end of the picture looks pretty clean. Although the hygiene is not very good, it is relatively clean because it is newly opened! Two front desk guys 👍

The service at your hotel is very good. However, there are a couple of issues I'd like to point out. The bathroom sign in my room was incorrect, which caused some confusion. Additionally, during breakfast, I had to ask about the items available. Specifically, there were flakes meant to be mixed with milk, but a staff member advised me to mix them with coffee. It would be beneficial to provide more training for your staff regarding the food options. Thank you.
