Laundry room has 5 washing and 5 drying machines - I loved it. Location near metro but not many shops. However, I just have to walk for less than 10 mins to reach shops and restaurant.

When you're out and about, getting warm water is always a hassle—you either have to wait for a kettle to heat up or buy bottled water and have to carry it with you. But here, there's no need to wait for water. With a single button, you can switch between room temperature, warm, and hot water, making it perfect for making coffee in the morning or drinking honey water in the evening. Especially when you wake up thirsty in the middle of the night, you don't have to fumble for bottled water in the dark; you can just walk to the kitchen and get a glass of warm water in three seconds. The hotel's location is quiet amidst the bustle of the city, and overall it's excellent. Most of the popular attractions are scattered around. The room is fully equipped with one-touch controls. The interior is spacious and clean. I highly recommend the comfortable bedding. A small suggestion: I'd like to see the layout improved. In summary, I recommend this hotel; overall, it's excellent. A special mention goes to the front desk lady, Tingyou. She was very welcoming and had a bright smile. She was very responsive to our requests, even though it was our first time there. It was a very warm experience, and I fell in love with Jinan.

The front desk service is average upon entering the door. They are indifferent. It may be because there is no shortage of customers. The environment is good, but there are many chargeable items. There are no rubber slippers, which is not very convenient when taking a shower.

To be honest, the most commendable aspect was the cleaning lady who worked on the 7th and 10th; she was incredibly warm and friendly. However, on our first night, we didn't get any sleep and were extremely tired. In the early hours, the sound of water being used upstairs was excessively loud. The gushing noise happened several times and lasted for quite a while, as if it were right next to our ears. None of our family managed to get proper rest. We mentioned this to the front desk the next day, and they informed us that the upstairs room had indeed been occupied the previous night. Fortunately, the following two nights of our stay were quiet and undisturbed. Our room was also situated right next to the train tracks. We had specifically requested a non-corner room at check-in, but we were still assigned one. As we stayed in a suite and slept with the windows closed, the train noise was acceptable. However, if the windows had been open, the noise would have been considerably louder. Aside from these issues, the newly renovated room was very clean. However, transportation was inconvenient as we always had to rely on taxis.

The hotel is at the back of the train station. You have to go around to take the train. I wanted to book the Railway Hotel, but it was full that day, so I booked this hotel instead. It looks like a big hotel from a distance. There are 4 counters in the lobby, two of which are hotels, and the other two are unknown companies. The front desk lady was very good and upgraded me. I wonder if it was from the 12th floor to the 17th floor? The room is a bit small, and some furniture cannot be put together, which makes it difficult to use. It would be better to remove the slats on the cabinets. When I turned off the TV and planned to go to bed at night, I noticed that the train noise was quite loud. The breakfast was good, with both Chinese and Western food, but it was a bit salty. They insisted on the traditional characteristics of Shandong cuisine and were unwilling to change.

The room is clean and hygienic. The front desk lady is very nice. Before we came, she even called to ask about transportation, how to park, and the weather conditions. Check-in was very fast. It was very late when we arrived, and the lady even upgraded the room. The hotel also collects express delivery, and the express delivery sent in advance is properly kept. Although it was cold outside, Jinniu Novotel made my trip to Jinan during the Spring Festival very warm, and I hope I can stick to it.
