overall hotel is good. just the breakfast that claimed included in the booking actually only for one person per room. I booked two rooms for 4 person. If all of us go for breakfast will need pay extra. 69RMB each person. Although actually we didn't go for breakfast at all. So no comment on food. And this detail rule is not clear until the day of check in. Just a remind when you book and confirm you reservation

I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳 I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋

The most cost-effective four-star hotel I have stayed in when traveling in Jinan. The Ginza Group in Jinan is everywhere. The weather outside is very hot. When I return to the hotel, it is cool. After staying for one day, I feel that this hotel is good. I have stayed there for three more days. Yes, there is Harmony Square nearby. It is very convenient to eat. The service staff are very enthusiastic. The hotel is cleaned very clean every day. The transportation is convenient.

The room is nice, very new, and a little bit of a decoration. The best thing is that you can try on Hanfu for free on the first floor. There are both boys and girls, but fewer adults. There are also four treasures for practicing calligraphy in the room. There are also Kongling drums and a restaurant on the first floor. Try to go to the restaurant early. If noise is a concern, I recommend mentioning it at check-in, and the front desk will do their best to arrange a quieter room for you. ## Service The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive to all requests – truly exceptional service! A big thumbs up for this! I checked in on my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a complimentary cake and fruit, which was a delightful touch and made the trip even more memorable.

The aircon was not working but the Front Desk staff was very cooperative and seeing my discomfort upgraded me to Suite … The house keeping staff on my floor no.14 was also excellent and very helpful ✌🏻👍🏻
