Very clean, excellent service, and ideally located in the heart of all the major attractions, making it super convenient to get around. The breakfast was also very generous. They even proactively offered kids' amenities, which was a lovely touch.

The location is excellent, right next to the main street, and the hotel itself is very impressive. Free parking, including an underground garage, is a huge plus. The service was great; we needed extra blankets, iodine, and slippers, and the staff promptly brought them to our room. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

Newly renovated hotel located in superb location. Just minutes away from all major attractions. Staff is very friendly and goes out of way to make us feel welcome. Definitely a good hotel to stay in!

I initially chose this hotel for its downtown location, as it's a convenient 29-minute walk to tourist attractions, making shopping and dining easily accessible. After checking in, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, including a welcome fruit platter, local pastries, and drinks. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. It was also a nice surprise to have food deliveries brought directly to my room by a robot, which added a cool tech touch. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave me bottled water and 'wife cakes' for my journey, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel 😊.

Jinan in early autumn is beautiful, and this hotel truly enhances the experience. It's in a great location, not far from Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, and Daming Lake—all within walking distance for a leisurely stroll. The surrounding Baihuazhou historical district is also lovely for a walk, especially when lit up at night. The hotel breakfast is plentiful; I particularly enjoyed the warm Jinan Chatang, where you can add various dried fruits yourself. Upon checking out, they even gave us delicate pastries, telling us we could eat them on our journey, which was incredibly thoughtful. I've already recommended it to friends who are planning to visit.

The hotel room was clean and well-equipped. They even have a dedicated laundry room with a garment steamer, which was really convenient. Plus, the hotel is right in the heart of the old town, so it's within walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The hotel staff were great too; the duty manager at the front desk was very patient and helpful.

In room 507, the shower pressure was really weak. There was also a mysterious switch box right under the shower head, which made me nervous to shower, not knowing if it was high voltage or low voltage. It's typical of older five-star hotels to have these issues, even though it says it opened in 2020.

Huge thanks to the hotel staff for their warm hospitality! They made my stay incredibly convenient. As I'm from Germany and don't have a Chinese phone, I couldn't get online. The staff went above and beyond, helping me set up internet access on my phone. They even provided me with a delicious breakfast free of charge! The hotel room was spacious, clean, and came with a super comfortable large bed. I traveled from Germany to Jinan for surgery, and being able to return to the hotel for a good rest after my operation was a huge relief! Today, at check-out, they even gave me a lovely pastry as a farewell gift! Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality! I hope to have the opportunity to visit Jinan again and stay at your hotel once more!

Judging by the name, it seems like a hotel with government ties; the decor definitely has that party school vibe, haha. However, the facilities are very complete, the service is proactive, and the breakfast offers a good variety with decent taste. The deep end of the pool is a bit too deep. The location is excellent, right by Daming Lake, and there are also some large shopping centers nearby.

The rooms are clean and tidy, and the hotel facilities are complete. The restaurant offers delicious food at great value. Parking is convenient, and it's very close to nearby attractions, just a few minutes' walk to Daming Lake. There are also plenty of dining options around. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

A truly excellent hotel right in the city center. All the main attractions are just a short walk away. The hotel is spotless, and the service is outstanding, from housekeeping to the front desk and restaurant staff – everyone is incredibly warm and attentive. The breakfast spread is also very rich and varied! Highly recommend! 👍👍

The room facilities were very complete, and two things exceeded my expectations: first, a weighing scale, and second, a phone next to the toilet – a very comprehensive consideration for safety 👍. This hotel is well-equipped with excellent facilities and is very well-managed. The rooms are spacious, and the service is highly satisfactory, making it ideal for both large conferences and individual stays. We particularly appreciated the welcome gift on our first day (complimentary drinks, fruits, and snacks in the room), and the restaurant even offered free small treats like fruits and yogurt. Upon check-out, we received a complimentary farewell gift (pastries), which added a lovely touch of warmth. It's a highly recommended hotel.
