住宿體驗感不錯，房間整潔，有獨立衞浴，老闆的態度也很好，交通便利，出門就是小吃街，吃飯更方便，衞生整潔乾淨，總的來説體驗感不錯，贊👍

這個房間吧，因為價格實惠，所以配得上這個價位那個熱水器也不太好用，嗯，他們這兒有燒水的壺，但那壺裡麪可能是因為長時間沒燒，所以説會有一些雜質，沒有給衞生紙或-抽紙，服務態度還算可以，最主要的就是它離離學校比較近，是個大學城，如果是要性價比的話，還算不錯的。

設施很差，進去之後空調竟然是鎖着的，暖氣片老闆説是開着的，但是進去一摸，開了嗎？如開。消費者交了錢，進去卧室不讓用空調設施，棒嗎？如棒。後來讓老闆打開了，但很神奇的是，老闆是另外收了30元錢才讓開的。服務也不好，老闆娘是個陰陽人嫌棄客户開空調時長，不讓一直開怕浪費錢，住了兩天考研總是對客户説話陰陽怪氣。衞生一般，三分吧，位置不錯離章丘職業中學很近。平分很客觀。

三次來章丘都訂的這家，相比別的賓館在服務上、衞生上都是挺不錯的，性價比很高，靠近小吃街吃飯挺方便，附近坐公交也挺便利，美中不足就是不隔音，搞得睡著了被隔壁吵醒。還有一點就是燈光有點暗。可能以後不會再去章丘了，真心希望新興賓館可以越來越好。
