帶娃連續居住4天該酒店，特別舒服，環境安靜。
1.酒店無限提供礦泉水
2.每天都有下午茶提供（要求送過房間1次，其餘沒記得用）
3.早餐跟管家提前預約，九選一。（食量不夠可以續，早餐很喜歡，精緻，有鮮榨果汁）
4.提供洗衣服務（關鍵上門收取）
5.幫助外賣小哥送外賣到房間。
6.酒店洗護用品歐舒丹
7.1樓有酒樓可用中餐，都是包房。
8.負一樓中午有麪食提供（可惜沒有前往嘗試）
9.贈送旅拍（沒有使用）
10.酒店就在大明湖東門入口，逛公園太方便。
11.服務人員態度好，臨走還送小禮物。

設施比較新 整體設計中式風滿滿的 但同時有智能熱水壺 智能馬桶等設施
❤️服務熱情周到 所有工作人員都非常專業 賓至如歸 第一天痛經酒店送了暖寶寶
地理位置優越 就在大明湖入口哈哈 不敢想😂 離珍珠泉黑虎泉寬厚裏世貿銀座都不遠
身為客觀的顧客 告訴大家這家酒店非常棒 但是房間衹有三層 隔音不好 沒有健身房（但是酒店貼心送上耳塞 和三層窗簾）
住了兩三天果盤下午茶美天都有誒 很開心愉快的旅程 一個人來玩也很開心 已經把酒店安利給山東本地的集團😁

誇一下前台服務，從入住時的熱茶毛巾到退房伴手禮，全程無微不至。前台小王和小張等工作人員笑容温暖，外賣也會給送到房間，十分貼心。

第一次來濟南入住了這間酒店，位置得天獨厚，就在大明湖旁邊。房間自帶可以喝茶的小院。服務也是非常細緻用心，下午茶每天都不同，晚上出去吃完晚飯回來，晚間水果已經送到房間了。早飯也做得很用心。口味顏值都在線!附贈的旅拍攝影師拍攝水平超預期，沒想到酒店這麼用心，濟南好印象!推薦給要來濟南的朋友們!

酒店非常不錯，位置絕佳就在大明湖景區裏面，出門步行遊覽景區非常方便，房間寬敞乾淨衞生，送的水飲料還有水果小食非常豐盛，服務也可圈可點，尤其是免費洗衣服務值得點贊。前台小姐姐態度温和，有求必應，退房時間靈活申請，讓我們得行程更加順暢。走的時候王經理還送了小禮品，真的體會到了好客山東，非常愉快的體驗！有機會還會再來的
