環境非常舒適，後院有盛開的凌霄花，可以曬衣服。房間空間很寬敞，我們一家人在裏面活動非常自如。前台服務很好，第一次來山東感受到了好客熱情。
訂房時看了評論，所幸睡的床並沒有作響，但是熱水器確實不行，熱水來得慢，水温低，水流比較小。

衞生間很難聞，一股腐臭味，衞生間門是壞，上前台想換房也沒有了，加了20升級的房型，前台服務還可以，還是不推薦住

位置好找，離芙蓉街、寬厚裏小吃街近，周邊有商場。一樓的房間直通庭院，環境整體不錯，比較乾淨，設施齊全，還配有一次性毛巾和充電線，整體感覺不錯。有兩個地方需要注意，一個是隔音效果不太好，另一個就是廁所洗澡的地方有個窗户，從床頭是能看到浴室裏麪的，對這兩方面有要求的旅客可以注意避雷。

位置十分優越，步行可到大明湖，周圍有好多商場，也有很多小飯店解決早餐。但是設施比較老舊，房間隔音不好，旁邊的人晚上十二點還在大聲説話。每天2瓶水，多要水就付費。
