我這邊有會員延遲下午兩點十一點就開始催，問他們停車場在哪就很不耐煩的，語氣還不好，一句一個哎呀。也就是一次性消費吧，再也不會去了

中午入住，晚上看電視發現床上有蟲子，聯繫前台前台服務太差，微信聊天還嘲諷的語氣，説蟲子不是她們酒店的，説要查看監控是不，我想問問房間裏有沒有安裝監控，還懷疑難道是客人帶進去的，外邊零下8度左右我去拿找蟲子的，真是無語了
